They scouted out just the right location to open a shop and knew immediately when they came across Kirklin that it is where they wanted to be.
Ten Thousand Treasures is unique in itself in that we offer a variety of merchandise. We have primitives and antiques from the past, handmade greeting cards, home decor, jewelry, quilts and crocheted items from the present, as well as repurposed items, giving those almost worn-out pieces a bright future. We are located at the corner of U.S. Highway 421 and Madison Street. You can find us easily. Look for the black-and-white striped awning. Years ago, our location was Turner's Restaurant. We love to hear customers reminiscing when they come to visit. Apparently, Mr. Turner helped many teens, by hiring them to work in the restaurant. We have tried to locate pictures, with no luck yet. We would love to display an old photo in the shop from when it was Turner's Restaurant. |
